The analysis of this quote is that a doctor named Zucker, who works with Rizzoli, thinks that some criminals are are stupid or that they get so nervous when doing a crime that they will leave footprints on the floor or even hand-prints on walls. Whats gonna happened next is that probably Rizzoli is gonna recognize the prints & find out more clues from the killer.
